2008 Youth Summer Mission Trip is to Minneapolis

This year's Mission trip participants are: Dakota Cutsforth, Scott Gessner, Ryan Hess, Josh Inglett, Lindsay Jones, Jordan Jones, Ryan Kucksdorf, Jocelyn Martin, Noalyn Martin, Michaleen Melby, David Peterson, Marana Stone, and Danielle Schuld. Ann Ciske, Jeff Melby and Pastor Dick are chaperoning.

A great big thank you to the congregation for the generous support that will make the trip possible. Our last Fundraising effort raised over $1,100. Thank to you Clyde and Dawn Bachmann for the brat sale, and all who donated plants and bake sale items or had their cars washed. Flamingos were flying in donations from roosting in yards and will be again after having been temporarily grounded with the flood waters. As of end of third week in June a little over $3,000. has been raised to pay for the mission trip expenses.

The group will share their experiences of the trip with the congregation on Sunday July 20th. Please pray for their safe travel and compassionate service and learning in downtown Minneapolis Minnesota.
